355-323 B.C. ALEXANDER THE GREAT CONQUERS THE WORLD

Raised by his mother, educated by Aristotle, the young Alexander seized control of Macedonia after his father had been assassinated. At the head of 30,000 soldiers, Alexander conquered the Persian Empire. He went on to conquer India only to die of malaria in Babylon.
